Bus Company Simulator

Thanks to the efforts of multiple people, who managed to gather minimum 2 trips per day, we have recovered our company rating. State of finances is fairly neutral (April balance is lower compared March because map extension bills (95 000€) were payed today on 1st April.

Time for the company report for the end of the 2021. BCS side of the company did really well.

Our rating rose a lot, problably due to the Christmas BCS event. This is an extremely good step forward!

I'm glad to also announce that we finished the event milestone!

Sadly the finances don't reflect nicely our progress because I made the mistake of not expanding the maps on the time, meaning map extension costs went into January, thus December taxes were high due to revenue / expenses ratio being out of balance.

In BCS things are still as gray as ever but some light is shinging. Our rating is still very low - 63%.

As promised last month, this month a lot of maps got removed from the company. All of the removed maps either:

This reduced our map extensions cost hugely and made some space for some new maps like: Budapest-Delpest, supposedly soon coming Yorkshire DLC etc. However sadly it was time to say goodbye to multiple iconic maps like Hamburg, X10, Fictional Szcezin

First month of September and on BCS side news aren't good. We have gone under out critical line (balance under 1million, which we considered always as a reserve). We also have hit multiple all time low records. like:

Our company rating is also very low, only 66%, which limits us adding any new maps.

All of this means our BCS company is now at red mode, we are starting to make survival steps:

Summer has ended and here's the last report for the summer. BCS side, we stayed in profit but that is because we did remove the maps that didn't bring us any money. Our rating dropped under 70% month but by the end of the month thankly it had risen back over 70%. Sadly it's still quite low and we are limited - for example we can't add new nor update existing maps.

As you can see our biggest it is from activity (that is also the most counting part of the rating) - that also explains low funds. Financially we have a small profit.

It's time for a mid summer report. Sadly in BCS lane we see the trend of last months continuing - activity is dropping and thus our finances also. We need to start taking survival level steps on BCS front, make sure to vote in the post below.

New month, new company report. Activity was low (or even nonexistent in case of ATS) on all fronts.

This month was quite catastrophic. This has resulted on some cuts regarding the maps. We lost over 200k. Our rating has also dropped quite significantly.

New month, new company report. Nothing unusual, except that Gameburrow forgot to extend the maps on correct time so we had about 12 hours without any maps. Thanks to that our finances are also a bit off.

Since the maps got extended the month after, the expenses are lower than usual. But looking overally we lost money this month.

It's time for yet another company report. Sorry it took a while, I redid our spreadsheets format so that I can almost directly copy BCS API data into it and it does it's magic, until I get our new management website done.

We had 163k of pure profit this month, which is suprising considering we wasted a bit more money on maps and buses. Company rating is almost 92% this month also - great job everybody!.
